Night Harbor

Your homelab, recast as a cold-water harbour after the house goes quiet. Routers become lighthouses, nodes idle like anchored ships, and a good night looks like water you barely disturb.

Living scene

The harbor stays quiet until something earns a wake.

Prototype harbour view. Select a signal to inspect its wake, load and last event. Use the arrow keys to hop between signals.

What is live tonight?

This build is a browser-first prototype. No real homelab telemetry leaves your machine here yet. The harbor uses authored profiles and drifting values so the feel is nailed down before the plumbing arrives.

Why it works

Graphs tell you what broke. This tells you how the night feels. When the house is asleep and the stack is healthy, the right UI is less dashboard, more weather.

Next obvious step

Have Workers or cron-fed hooks drip in real heartbeats from Voyager, Borg, backups and Frigate, then let one Durable Object hold the harbor state and broadcast the changes.
